Dan Garagan is the President and Founder of MyLocalCourier.ca, formerly known as 1733893 Alberta Ltd.

Originally born in Ontario to a military family Dan came to Calgary in his early teens and has considered this his home ever since.

Following family tradition Dan left Calgary, embarking on his own military career, during which he served a total of 6 1/2 years overseas with both NATO and the United Nations.

Mylocalcourier.ca is a small start up with the determination and ambition to grow within the messenger industry.

The Goal of Mylocalcourier.ca is to provide clients with a reliable, professional, and friendly courier service for the Calgary area, with a level of security not found in an online environment.

Through our partnerships we provide clients with both same day service throughout Calgary and a limited overnight service within the downtown zones.

Dan started in the Courier industry to finance a post-secondary education in political and social science but developed a real love for the job and for the clients he served.

The education is now an on-going hobby that will eventually lead Dan to being a multiple degree holder.

His ambitions for MyLocalCourier.ca come from his military discipline and many years of experience with all aspects of the industry, in addition to a strong work ethic.
